What Your Sponsorship Covers

Your sponsorship directly supports the cost of documenting America’s highways. Here’s where your funds go:

⛽ Fuel

Your sponsorship helps cover gas for the full route — including round-trip mileage from Little Rock, Arkansas. Fuel costs vary, so each trip includes a mileage-based estimate.

🏨 Lodging

Most trips require an overnight stay or two. We book affordable, safe lodging at approximately $100/night.

🍽️ Meals + Snacks

We budget for $15–25 per meal, plus snacks and hydration — especially on longer travel days.

🛣️ Tolls + Travel Fees

Sponsorship includes any toll roads along the route, covered at plate-by-mail rates + a 20% admin fee for processing.

Optional Add-ons

Enhance your sponsorship with these extras — perfect for personal touches or brand visibility.

📍 Hometown Feature – $50

Have a special place along the route? If it’s within 20 miles, we’ll include dedicated footage of your town, complete with signage, a brief highlight, and map context.

🖼️ Printed Photo Keepsake – $25

Receive a professionally printed 5×7” photo from the journey, showcasing a moment captured along the sponsored route. Ideal for display, memory books, or gifts.

🎒 Merch Bundle – $40

Includes a collection of knick-nacks found along the trip. Things like stickers, magnets, keychains, etc.

🚗 Expres Lane Membership ($60)

Get a year of Producer status on the Express Lane, offering your name/brand recognition in each video, ad-free and real-time viewing, along with other perks.

Absolutely — in fact, it’s required! Each sponsorship is tied to a specific highway or route of your choice. Whether it’s a road with personal meaning, a stretch that needs more attention, or a scenic favorite, you’ll tell us exactly which highway to feature. We’ll plan our travel and coverage around your selection, making your sponsorship truly personal and impactful. If you’re not sure which highway to choose, we’re happy to help you pick one that aligns with your goals.

Can a business sponsor?

What’s included in a keepsake?

Our keepsake package is a great way to commemorate your sponsored route! Each keepsake includes:

A high-quality printed photo taken during the trip, featuring a highlight from your sponsored highway
A personalized note of thanks with the name you sponsored under
Route details and a brief recap of the journey

Keepsakes are mailed shortly after the trip concludes and are perfect for displaying, gifting, or simply remembering your impact.

How long does a trip take? When will I see my video(s)?

Trip durations vary based on the length of the route, weather, and travel logistics — but most are completed within 1–2 weeks of sponsorship confirmation. After the trip, videos typically take an additional 2–4 weeks to edit, upload, and publish, depending on our production queue.

You’ll receive an update when filming is complete, and we’ll notify you again once your video(s) are live. If your sponsorship includes a keepsake or promotional feature, those will follow shortly after publication.
